Singular Law Group PLLC (“SLG,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our”) is an Arizona professional limited liability company holding an Arizona traditional law firm Alternative Business Services license. We are committed to sustaining your (“You” and “Your”) trust in Us and we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures regarding how We collect, use, and disclose Your information in terms of this Site, singular.law and should be read along with the TOS and Legal Disclaimer.


Please Note: The Arizona Professional Rules of Conduct and the reciprocal rules that correspond to Our attorneys’ licenses to practice law issued by other states govern Our policies and procedure for collecting, using, and disclosing client information for persons who hire Us for legal services. We do not collect this information through this website.

We will also collect information if You add yourself to Our email or text list and to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. We use Our email list to send occasional updates that contain information about the law and to provide information about the firm.

The purpose for collecting this data is to provide You with quality information and offerings that We make through this website. We collect and hold Your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide those services or to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. We are a United States-based firm. We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical cybersecurity safeguards to maintain confidentiality and integrity of the personal information in Our possession and to guard against unauthorized access. We continue to assess new technology as it becomes available and to upgrade Our physical and electronic security systems as appropriate. We use a service for Our email list that attests that, in accordance with GDPR, it performs a self-assessment of its privacy practices and procedures at least annually.

Our policy is to permit employees and independent contractors to access Your personal information only if they have a business purpose for using such information, such as administering, providing, or developing Our products or services. Employees and independent contractors are provided with Your and Your contacts’ personal information on a need-to-know basis only and are bound by contract to keep all personal information confidential and protect such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We delete personal information that is no longer necessary for Us to have as a business entity or to provide You with Our products and services.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy (and the TOS and Legal Disclaimer)  from time to time, with or without advanced notice, and will post the latest version on Our website in a timely manner with notice on Our homepage.
